Emirates Cup 2010 on TV One

The Emirates Cup 2010 will take place on the weekend of 31 July and 1 August with AC Milan, Celtic and Lyon joining hosts Arsenal. Each game will be played at Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium. Teams will be awarded 3 points for a win and 1 point for a draw. The competition also rewards attacking play, with teams also being awarded 1 point for each goal they score. In addition, shots on target will also be counted and will be used to decide the tournament winners if teams are level on points and goal difference. The club with the highest point total at the end of the tournament will be will be presented with the Emirates Cup trophy after the second match on Sunday 1st August. The 2010 World Cup semifinals live on RCTI and Global TV

The 2010 World Cup Quarter Finals stage matches have now finished. The Netherlands came from behind to upset mighty Brazil 2-1 on Friday and set up a semifinal with Uruguay, which beat Ghana 4-2 in a penalty shootout after a 1-1 draw. Uruguay reached the World Cup semifinals for the first time since 1970.

In the other quarterfinals, Germany had an easier than expected 4-0 win over Argentina on Saturday, reaching the World Cup semifinals. It’s the second straight World Cup the Germans have eliminated Argentina in the quarterfinals, following a penalty shootout win in 2006. Germany will play Spain, which beat Paraguay 1-0. Spain beat Paraguay 1-0. Spain in the end win over Paraguay when Spain striker David Villa bagged the goal for the Spaniards midway through the second half in 83th minutes.

In semifinals, Uruguay will play Netherlands in Cape Town and Germany takes on Spain in Moses Mabhida, Durban. You can watch Semi-Final live on RCTI and Global TV for free.
